Chad Hawkins, DDS – Orthodontist

Dr. Hawkins was born and raised in Southern California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University before attending the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

After completing dental school, Dr. Hawkins furthered his education by pursuing a 1-year General Dentistry Residency while serving in the Military. Following his military service, he obtained his Orthodontic degree from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. Dr. Hawkins has been recognized for his expertise in orthodontics, as he has been Board Certified from the American Board of Orthodontics since 2007.

He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, California Association of Orthodontics, and American Dental Association. Dr. Hawkins’ dedication to ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations reflects his commitment to providing high-quality orthodontic care to his patients.

Theresa Baldwin, DDS, MA, MS – Orthodontist

Dr. Baldwin graduated from Loma Linda University with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016, followed by her degree in Orthodontics in 2018. She’s completed special certifications and continuing education courses on Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Baldwin joined our practice in 2021.

Tiofila Villela – Orthodontics Manager

Tiofila has been working with our team since 2003. She graduated from Concorde Career College in 2001 with a degree in Dental Assisting. Tiofila has also earned certifications in CPR. She loves the chance to help patients achieve a great smile, and enjoys watching patients grow with us and gain new smiles following treatment. When not in the office, Tiofila enjoys camping, discovering new places, and hanging out with her two kids.

Jasmine, Registered Dental Assistant

Jasmine graduated from Bryman College in 1998 and joined our team in 2012. She’s completed special certifications in CPR and as a Registered Dental Assistants. She enjoys making kids smile and ensuring the treatment process is easy for them. She loves seeing the end results! When not in the office, Jasmine enjoys supporting the Dodgers and spending time with her two sons.

Nicole, Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant

Nicole graduated from Everest College in 2008 and joined our office in 2013. She has obtained special certifications in CPA and as an Orthodontic Assistant and Registered Dental Assistant. Nicole loves helping patients obtain beautiful smiles and seeing the difference our treatment makes! Her hobbies include being outdoors, painting, and baking.

Janei, Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant

Janei joined our team in 2012 and graduated from the Moreno Valley Dental Assisting Program at Riverside City College in 2012. She’s obtained her Orthodontic Assisting Permit, and has volunteered with the Loma Linda Clinic with a Heart. She enjoys working with her coworkers, who are like family to her. She loves seeing her patients so excited for their braces. When not in the office, Janei enjoys baking, cooking, spending time with her family and pets, and going to Dodgers games!

Christina, Orthodontic Assistant

Christian earned her Associate of Science degree from the Moreno Valley College Dental Assisting Program, and joined our office in 2021. She’s also completed certifications in CPR and earned her Orthodontic Assisting Permit. She loves the family environment of our practice and seeing the transition of treatment for her patients, ending with a more confident and happier person! When not in the office or watching her kids dance and play football, Christina enjoys camping and outdoor activities.
